From time to time offshorediver.com is approached by organizations seeking permission to use pictures they have seen here. In consideration of that, you also agree that these outfits may purchase the right to use your picture and that the monies collected go into the Offshore Diver Widow's and Children's Fund. This is not a sole right or a transfer of ownership. Ownership remains with the photographer. Please credit the images as they are credited here. Send email here noting gallery page and file name. Don't steal. Photo gallery earnings go into the Offshore Diver Widow's and Children's Fund - see link above. Pictures have been lifted from these pages in the past by people planning to use them for commercial ends. This is a violation of the photographer's copyright. Do the right thing.
