this one is mine.
Without me, my double nut is useless; without my double nut, I am useless!” What do you do when your tenders can’t hold onto the double nuts they are sent down to install? And of course you only had just enough to finish the job…Some punishment is required, and so I make my tenders carry a nut with them, to be produced upon request by a diver, and for them to recite the “Double Nut Prayer” (an homage to the USMC “Rifleman’s Prayer”) until they can prove to me that they no longer need to carry their double nuts. |
